Rational Weight loss combined with Hypnosis Cds

When you are looking to lose weight, often you have a hard time sticking to a diet. If you could just stick with it, you know you would succeed. However, the foods haunt you and you cheat just one time. You figure that it will not hurt this time. However, one time leads to many and the good intentions have gone south.
